Bullets_18 Some suppliers don’t have the Free Call button? Why?

Maybe they haven’t heard of our fantastic service, or maybe they just don’t understand the technology. Either way, we hope you can help us convince them. Send us a message via this link so we can tell your favorite supplier what he or she is missing on. Don’t forget to tell us the name of the company you were trying to contact.

Bullets_18 I’m trying to reach a supplier but the service just keeps on ringing!

Please try again. The business you are trying to contact may not be available. We will be implementing a voice mail feature soon.

    Bullets_22

Bullets_18 How does the voice mail work? (This feature coming soon!)

When your favorite supplier is not online or is unable to take your call, a voice prompt will guide you through a series of instructions. This allows you to leave a voice message for this supplier. We will then send your voice message to that supplier via his email address on file.

Bullets_18 I already have other VoIP applications on my PC. Why do I need eyp Voice?

Only eyp Voice will allow buyers to connect to potential suppliers without needing to memorize or look up various usernames and caller IDs. Moreover, eyp is a local directory of Philippine businesses, making it easy and convenient to connect directly with suppliers.

Other popular VoIP services exist but the usernames or caller IDs of users of these services are not part of eyp’s database of company information. Moreover, users of these different services don’t usually promote their usernames or caller IDs. With eyp Voice, there is no need to keep track of various caller IDs or usernames used by different businesses within other varied services such as Skype, Yahoo!, MSN, or Google – just to name a few!
