I went to Cebu to join a race and was looking around for a place to carbo load. I came across this and decided to check it out. I was quite surprised that the price rivals that of Metro Manila at about Php400 a bowl. Quality will rival that of the best in Manila for sure. My order with the pork broth came with a lot of meat - even more than what they serve in Metro Manila. This place is a must if you love ramen.
