What is eyp HotSpot?
eyp HotSpot is a free WiFi internet service that caters to all eyp registered users. It is a reliable and worry-free internet connection made possible by eyp, its advertisers and partner merchants.

What do I need to use the service?
All you need is a WiFi-ready equipment (e.g. laptop, iPhone, etc.) and your eyp username and password. To get your eyp username and password, all you need to do is register with eyp HotSpot.

How do I use the service?
For Registered eyp Users - Steps:
1. Get the list of the Wireless Networks available by clicking the "Wireless Network" icon on your system tray.
2. Connecting to the Network
Network listing should show "eyp HotSpot". Click this option.
Successful connection to eyp HotSpot is indicated by the word "Connected"
3. Logging In
Once connected to the network, you can now open your browser which will take you directly to the eyp HotSpot.
Log-In Page
Type in your username and password, then click "Log-In".
4. Authentication and Browsing
System authenticates your username and password.
After authentication, you will be directed to the eyp HotSpot Landing Page
You can now surf the internet!
For First Time Users - Steps:
1. Get the list of the Wireless Networks available by clicking the “Wireless Network” icon on your system tray.
2. Connecting to the Network
Network listing should show "eyp HotSpot". Click this option.
Successful connection to eyp HotSpot is indicated by the word "Connected"
3. Logging In
Once connected to the network, you can now open your browser which will take you directly to the eyp HotSpot.
Log-In Page
Click "Sign-Up" so you can start creating your eyp Account.
You will be brought to the eyp PIPOL Pages Sign-Up page. Fill-up the required fields, then click "Submit" button.
Clicking this button will give you 20 minutes free Internet access that you will need to open your email and verify your eyp account.
Once done, you can now follow the steps for registered eyp users as stated above.

Can I still register outside the eyp HotSpot Network?
Yes. All you need to do is go to www.eyp.ph/pipol_search and create an account. Once your account has been verified and activated, you can use this at any eyp HotSpot to enjoy the service.

What other advantages do I get when I sign-up with eyp?
There are many advantages once you become an eyp Registered User. Aside from having access to all eyp HotSpot and enjoying free Internet access, you can also log-in at eyp and post your reviews, ratings, comments and even upload your favorite photos taken from your favorite establishments. You will also have access to other eyp channels such as Juice, PIPOL Pages, shopnow@eyp, Juice.ph and many more!

Will I have unlimited internet connection when I log in?
You are given sixty (60) minutes free Internet access that will expire every 24 hours. The good news is that you can earn extra free minutes simply by doing the following:
1. Log-In to www.eyp.ph using your username and password.
2. Search for your favorite establishment and post a review, rating, and photo or refer a friend to sign-up and become an eyp user as well.
Every post or referral will give you the following points:
Review an establishment – 5 points
Rate an establishment – 2 points
Upload a Photo – 2 points
Refer a Friend – 5 points
One (1) point is equivalent to 5 minutes free Internet browsing.
Accumulated points will not expire and will only be used when your initial sixty (60) minutes free has been used.
Please remember to log-off and log-in again after every posting session so that your accumulated points will be recognized by the system.

Why can't I browse the internet even if my signal is good?
Please make sure that you have logged-in using your eyp username and password.

Why do I get disconnected?
There are several possible reasons why you get disconnected.
* You did not verify your eyp account. A Verification Email has been sent to the email address that you specified. Kindly check the email and click the link provided. If in case you can’t find the email in your Inbox Folder, check your Spam folder.
* Your signal is weak, try to find another spot with better signal.
* You have used up your free sixty (60) minutes, and do not have enough gained points to continue surfing.
* Your gained points have not been recognized yet. Log-off, then log-in the network again.

How to properly Log Off of your Wifi Session
Each Wifi session has a usage timer pop-up window which will indicates the free minutes left on the account (so please ensure your browser pop-up blocker is turned off). To properly stop the timer, make sure first that your browser page is still open in order for the system to properly recognize your activity and then click the "X" button or the "click here to log-off" link of your usage timer pop-up window. Your browser page should indicate that you have been logged off and will provide you a link which will bring you back to the log-in page in case you want to log-in again and enjoy our free WIFI services.
