we just bought our first LCD tv here and we were very satisfied with our sales rep. he really took the time to answer our queries the best he could. it really helped that he knew a lot about the products. but we had to wait a good 25-30mins before he got our LCD from the stock room. but considering it was the holidays we were happy to get the tv right away..
