off the grill is one place to go if you're strapped for cash. food & drinks are reasonably priced. though the place is not air conditioned, they have several large industrial mist fans that keep the air cool and circulating. one thing that i liked about off the grill was the band. at the time we went, urban nation was playing and they were real good! (wonder if they still perform there). hope to go back there soon.
