Was treated by a friend there earlier. Had yummy Bacalao for the first time. Though it was my second time to be there, Mario's still amazes me in many ways than one, of course, because of great food, cozy ambience, and friendly staff. I came out of Mario's fleeting bloated. Thanks!

nice review by J Benitez. i've never been to Mario's but i would like to check it out sometime soon. besides, it's just a drive away from work and would like to bring my friends over for a party or just a get-together dinner. based on Benitez's review, there is a great concept going on in there.

Mario's QC along T. Morato has a hip new look blending the old Cordillera ( first outlet in Baguio ) and modern design, furniture. Its more open with windows looking out to beautiful garden, bar has a Zen look and winelist a good mixture of old and new world wines popular today and bar even has Grey Goose vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin and an exquisite Bordeaux from Baron Philippe de Rothschild, Chateau d' Armailhac AC Pauillac, 2004 for P9,400. only. Great South African, Australian, and Argentinian varietals too at reasonable prices. In the House Specials, a great Chilean Seabass in a miso-mirin sauce and Lamb Ribs in a light mint sauce and of course the old reliable Casa Specials from Salpicado, Lengua, Callos and of course the best Caesar Salad.
