Mamou has been around for awhile now but for some reason I only got to try it out about a month ago. I can't believe I didn't discover their mouth watering steaks long before! I've been on a quest to find THE steak that will satisfy my craving and only the steak at Mamou's was able to do it for me!

Their steak is a must-try. Also loved their truffle cream pasta.

It was a Friday of abstinence so I had their white fish in butter sauce with capers & a little squeeze of lemon(forgot what the dish is called) - delicious!!! It goes specially well with their red rice. The Benguet pressed coffee is great too. This is my second time to eat in Mamou & I appreciate the way the owner would come to your table & ask how you find the food - makes the guests feel special.

I had fish and vinegar last week and it was good. Big fillets of fried fish with a cup of buttered rice satisfied my stomach grumbling. Service is very good! The waiters really know their stuff and the lady who seated us chatted with us like we know her for a very long time.
