I had my annual physical exam at this facility as prescribed by our company's health care provider. At 7:00am, I walked into the facility and had a very smooth registration process. A nurse took my blood pressure, heart rate and weight. I found the nurse to be very professional - efficient, in a neat uniform and speaking in modulated tone; not announcing my weight for the whole world to know. From there, I proceeded to blood test and submission of stool and urine samples. That was done by 8:00am after which I saw the family doctor who interviewed me for medical history and any current complaints. From here, I was shown to an executive lounge where a breakfast of McDonald's pancake with sausage and orange juice awaited me. I then had to wait until 10am for the ob-gyn and cardiologist to appear for my pap smear and treadmill test. The wait was a tad too long. They could have let us wait just an hour - enough for breakfast to be digested before the treadmill exam. All through this time, one of the receptionists was watching out for us and notified us about the doctors arriving at 10:00am. This place knows their customer service and professionalism. Kudos!
