we helped a friend to subscribe on their promo for about 4 months because she has no credit card. after the contract ended, my girlfriend found out that she was still being charged in her card. we called to request for a charge back and they promised that they will return the money after a month. until now they still have not returned a single centavo. i need to sue them for stealing thousands of pesos.

Despite the bad image of fitness first here in the USA. I still signed up for membership bcoz this is the closest in my area. In my first day, to my dismay I personally found out the reasons why FF has bad reputation. Front desk people are mean unaccommodating & pre-judging their customers based on your look (never go there if you're not wearing high end gym outfit), I signed up a month ahead for temp freeze membership bcoz I'm a US resident but still they charging me in full, their machines/equipment STINKS (no sanitizers can be found in the entire gym), after 2 weeks of enrollment I still didn't get my gym ID, they asked me to just bring my 4-page membership form & receipts every time I check in, not aircondition temp, water fountain was not cold. OMG this is the worst experience ever!!!
