I puurchased a new MSI netbook from them. After a few months of infrequent use the batter would not fully charge. I wasn't sure if the problem was with the computer or the battery. Since I live outside the PI I had to wait several months before I took this computer back to be repaired. When I took my computer back and showed them the what was happening they said the problem was with the battery - without even checking the computer or replacing the battery with another one in the store to see if the same thing happened. They do not have replacement batteries so, according to the store manager JOVY this battery had to be shipped to another location and would take 7-10 days to get back. Since I could not stay that long in the PI I left JOVY 500p for return shipping of this battery to my address. I also left all my contact information so JOVY could get a hold of me. It has been over 3 weeks now and I have not heard from JOVY or anyone at DataView. All emails (2) and phone calls (numerous) have not been returned. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME if this is the kind of customer service you get.
