Took my dog to Cleanpaws for his first ever haircut. The place is clean and the groomer knows his stuff. They make sure that the dogs are neat and trim after every haircut and you can even leave your pet to stroll around Powerplant mall. The prices are reasonable and even though there's no vet, they can give recommendations on how best to take care of your puppy. They also sell dog clothes, accessories and food.
